1. Know the market

Without YOU, our buyers don't have anything to buy!

If you are a Seller representing yourself (For Sale By Owner or FSBO), you should know 3 things:

  1. First, when we bring our buyer client to view your property and hopefully bring you an offer on behalf of one of our clients:
    • They will be educated as to what true value is
    • They will be pre-approved
    • They will be a serious buyer
  2. If we present an offer to you on behalf of our buyer client, we will share pertinent closed information on properties comparable to your own.
  3. Once an agreement between you and our buyer client has been reached, we will keep you apprised of deadline dates and necessary paperwork.  These services are part of the due diligence owed to our client as we make every effort to have the closing go smoothly and on time.

4. Represent SELLERS there when they are BUYERS here

When our past buyer clients get ready to buy again, they become SELLERS and when they do we refer them to agents we know will do a good job representing them to list their properties for sale.

 If they are relocating
locally, we will again represent them in their next purchase

If they are moving away, we will refer them to a buyer's agent in the area they are moving.

2. We have statistics and information available

We have many pre-qualified and pre-approved buyers and we always want to know about ALL properties for sale in the area.  We keep FSBO lists in the office and would gladly add any information about your property to them.
